Inclusions

● Transportation from Haridwar to Chardham and back to Haridwar. ● Accommodation in hotels mentioned or similar. ● Meals as per package (Breakfast and Dinner included in package) and NO MEAL at Kedarnath. ● Tour Guide will be provided for 25 passengers and above. ● All transfers and sightseeing by AC vehicles (Vehicle is not at disposal and Ac will not work during hilly drives). ○ Vehicles as per group size on Sharing basis. ○ Vehicle is not at disposal - means it is for transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary. ○ Seats Allotment in the Vehicle is on a first come first serve basis at the venue, irrespective of the booking dates. ● Information Details needed at the time of Booking: ○ Name of the Passenger ○ Phone Number ○ Email ID ○ Chardham Yatra Registrations: https://registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in/

Exclusions

● Flight fare. ● Helicopter Shuttle tickets to Kedarnath (Subject to availability). ● Train fare/ Airfare. ● Pony and Palki Charges. ● Lunch. ● Travel insurance covering medical evacuation, hospitalization, air evacuation, baggage insurance and trip cancellation. ● Use of mini-bar in the hotel rooms wherever applicable. ● Any optional trips other than specified in the program. ● Any en-route or personal expenses such as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, tips and gratuities, laundry etc. ● Personal equipment like clothes, shoes, daypacks, personal medical kit etc. ● Any exigency expenses due to reasons beyond our normal control. ● Any personal expenses, room service and special orders, mineral waters alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, porterage, tips, phone calls, laundry etc. ● Any extra excursions or sightseeing apart from the above specified itinerary. ● Camera fees, guide charges. ● Any incidental and other expenses which are not specified in the inclusions.
