Kedarnath, located at an altitude of 3,583 meters (11,755 feet) above sea level, is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, believed to be the holiest abodes of Lord Shiva. The journey to Kedarnath involves trekking through rugged terrains or utilizing pony and helicopter services, adding a sense of adventure and devotion to the pilgrimage. It is one of the Char Dham pilgrimage sites, along with Yamunotri, Gangotri, and Kedarnath, attracting millions of devotees every year. The Badrinath Temple, with its distinct architecture and towering presence against the backdrop of snow-capped peaks, exudes an aura of divine tranquility. Pilgrims undertake arduous journeys, often traversing steep mountain roads, to reach Badrinath and offer prayers to Lord Vishnu.

Wake up early and proceed to Sonprayag (approximately 30 km from Guptkashi) by road.From Sonprayag, you can either trek or take a helicopter ride to Kedarnath temple (approximately 18 km trek or helicopter ride).Visit the Kedarnath temple and explore the surroundings.Return to Guptkashi in the evening and stay overnight.

Check out from your hotel in Guptkashi and proceed to Badrinath (approximately 230 km, 8-9 hours drive) .En route, you can visit places like Chopta and Joshimath.Reach Badrinath by late afternoon or evening.Check-in at your hotel in Badrinath and relax.

Wake up early and visit the Badrinath temple for the morning darshan. Explore other nearby attractions like Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, and the Saraswati River. Visit the nearby hot springs (Tapt Kund) for a holy bath. Return to your hotel and spend the night in Badrinath.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Badrinath. Start your journey back to Haridwar (approximately 320 km, 10-11 hours drive). En route, you can visit places like Vishnuprayag, Karnaprayag, and Rudraprayag. Reach Haridwar by late evening and check-in at your hotel.

Spend the morning visiting popular attractions in Haridwar like Har Ki Pauri, Chandi Devi Temple, Mansa Devi Temple,and Bharat Mata Mandir. Enjoy a boat ride in the Ganges River (optional). Depending on your departure time, you can do some last-minute shopping for souvenirs. Depart from Haridwar for your onward journey.
